Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy


Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation through the website is not possible.


2. Return Policy


We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

1. Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

2. Item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns are only available for select products—please refer to the product page for return eligibility.
Return/exchange requests not raised within the return period mentioned on the product page will not be accepted.

5. Exchanges


For a faster resolution:

1. Return the original item first

2. Once accepted, place a new order for the item you want


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

1. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

2. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

3. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@SBRSF.com.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
